Mandala
Therapy

Mandala Therapy

Mandala’s are pictures drawn within a circle to provide a point of focus for meditation. We find this practice particularly helpful after going inward using breath, music, and movement to allow the creative process to open a new technique that enhances conversation with the sub-conscious and spiritual self. This process may allow emotional processing that increases perspective and access to one’s spiritual self on a deeper level.

Trajectratory and Inward Process Meditation

Trajectratory and Inward Process Meditation

This is an inward process guided by various types of music to assist in a meditative journey for the client to connect on a deeper level. This process can assist in emotional release, surrendering the ego, and connecting spiritually. Music has historically been used for ceremony and healing. We have experienced that when utilized with a therapeutic intention we may connect with genetic memory. Music is a powerful tool for evoking emotion through meditative journey work. We offer clients an opportunity to learn how the soul speaks a different language that can be accessed through these creative processes. We use music, breath, movement, and expressive art to create a conversation to assist in transformation.
